We will endeavour to send your hamper the same day, or next working day, providing we receive your order before 1pm (e.g. Monday for orders received on Friday) If you require your hamper for a specific date please order within plenty of time. If it is a last minute order please telephone 01646 697008.

If for any reason you wish to return your gift box then please return it unopened, within 7 days for a full refund.

The packaging and contents may on occasion vary slightly from that shown on the website picture. Jellybeangiftbox reserves the right to substitute any items included in the gift box for similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the website are unavailable.

We will do all in our power to make sure you receive your gift in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your gift box does not arrive as you would reasonably expect then please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery so that we can resolve any issues.

Jellybeangiftbox will not be held liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control.
